Elevator systems are used for orientation and feeding of piece goods(such as lids, plugs, caps) on the assembling machines, cap screwing machines, transporters, etc. Products are loaded into hopper and then the conveyor belt with laths moves and brings them oriented in the certain way into the output tray.
Feeding elevators are usually used for dosed feeding of piece goods to the orientator of vibrating hopper. Rotational orientators and hoppers have little useable volume and often set on a height comparable to human’s height, so they are often complemented with feeding elevators.
There is no need to constantly replenish hopper of the elevator due to its large volume, so it gives the operator more time on other operations and allows continuous exploitation with minimum of operator’s attention. In order to ensure the continuous supply of goods, elevator hopper may contain a haymaker, which is activated automatically. This equipment contains a frequency converter which allows you to set the values of acceleration and decelerations, protection threshold for load and to control start, stop and speed.
