When using this induction sealing machine sealing quality does not depend on fluctuations of the supply voltage, temperature and aging of the elements. Multicircuit control system allows to accurately dispense power and by doing this, provide us stable quality of sealing. Induction machines of this model come with a removable induction heads. Standard heads are intended for sealing of containers with diameters of necks and liners ranging from 15 to 60mm and from 60 to 115mm. It is also possible to make specialized induction heads for other diameters, as well as filler caps and closures with complex shapes..  

CS-H is a universal induction sealer; it can work in different modes:

• Manual mode -the operator lowers the inductor on top of the lid of the packaging and sealing process is started manually by pressing the inductor. The induction head can be suspended above the working space for convenience of process, for this purpose it is provided with device of fastening the suspender.The beginning and the end of the exposure are marked with sound signals, light indicator and with animation on the LCD screen of induction sealing module, so operator can control process of sealing. Removable centering ring helps to center induction head regarding the cover to provide uniform sealing.
• Table tripod with auto start mode is useful while working with small and medium sized containers. Operator works at his desk and passes bottles under the induction head while sealing automatically starts.Centering accuracy is ensured by specialized prop that follows the shape of the containers.
• Desktoptransportermoves the containers under induction head at a constant speed, the sealing occurs automatically. The operator needs only to feed containers on the transporter, and sealed containers will wait for further operations on the collecting table.
• Automatic line of packaging of the product on the manufacture may be equipped with induction sealer. Due to the capability of connection to external devices CS-H can be associated with different equipment through discrete-time signals. 

How to achieve high quality induction sealing?

1. The closed-circuit system of stabilization of current in inductor precisely adjusts the heat generated in the foil.
2. Centering device minimizes human factor in positioning of induction head.
3. Sound signals, light indicator and animation on the LCD screen of induction sealing module exclude operator’s mistakes in the time of exposure.
4. Tripod and transporter reduce operator’s workload and increase convenience of exploitation and productivity.
5. Flexible setting of power and exposure time allows selection of an optimal working mode.
6. The monitoring function of the presence of the foil will inform when there is no liner under the lid.
7. The self-test system reports on critical deviations in current operating conditions and parameters of sealing.
