Main function of this equipment is welding polymer labels to the plastic packaging components. It is used mainly for applying labels to covers of 19 liter bottles. The advantages of polymeric labels are that they cannot be pasted again, can be easily removed and do not decompose as the result of contact with water. Thus aforementioned factors polymeric label are more hygienic and they provide tamper evident seal. Automatic labeling reduces the influence of the human factor, allows ultraviolet treatment and thus makes the process more sanitary. Equipment produced by our company works with local materials, it reduces the cost of the caps and also allows to use different images to personalize the label by manufacturer of water.
