Automatic induction sealer with air cooling. Designed for highly productive contactless sealing of necks of plastic and glass containers that continuously move on conveyor.
CS-A consists from the electronic unit remote induction head and remote controller connected by flexible cables. Control panel contains buttons and LCD screen for adjustment of power level and activation of additional features. Sealer body parts are made from stainless steel.
This machine provides high quality induction sealing due to the fact that the sealing parameters do not depend on fluctuations in the voltage, temperature changes and aging of the elements. Modern and high-quality components and materials, which are used in machine, removes the need for intensive cooling, in other words, this induction sealer warms the foil rather than air around it. Power saving mode also featured in this sealing machine: when there is no containers underneath the induction head machine goes into standby mode. Thus said, this series of induction sealers is more effective and economical because of its less energy consumption.
Models of this lineupare equipped with multi-circuit system of sealing parameters control that allows you to accurately measure out the power and ensure constant quality of sealing. When you use the CS-A heating of the foil is not dependent on the fluctuations of the voltage, the device warm-up, and natural aging of the elements.
The device is also equipped with a foil presence sensor that determines lack of foil under the lid. If missing of the foil is detected, machine will give sound and light signal. You can also connect the packaging rejection device, i.e. containers without foil liner will be rejected to prevent passing of unsealed containers. Due to discrete i/o channels these induction machines can be connected to various control equipment.
Menu and diagnostic messages in Russian will help to quickly install the equipment, localize possible problems and correct the work process. Animation of containers’ movement on LED screen helps in the configuration of the machine. Special counter of sealed containers allows monitoring the volume of production.
Automatic induction machines CS-A series can be equipped with automatic tare rejection device, adjustable floor stand, a part of the conveyor with the specified parameters. We will be glad to modify equipment in accordance with customers’ requirements.
Adjustment of power level
When determining the required power of conveyor induction sealing machine, consider the following options:
- Conveyor speed (conveyor line where equipment will be installed)
- Diameter of the foil
- Distance between the foil and the top point of the cover
- Maximum size of the container across (min time of movement of container on the conveyor line)
