Automatic machine for welding labels onto caps of 19 liter water bottles. When working with the equipment operator runs the label roll and delivers a plug in the input tray. Welding cycle starts automatically on the receipt from plug presence sensor. This machine can work with manual or automatic feeding. Second option requires orienting elevator OSE-19 with vibrating hopper. It allows applicator to work without constant attention from operator.
The machine carries out unwinding of the label roll, cutting of the labels with pull strip, waiting of the plug and automatic start of the new cycle of work, positioning of the labels and plugs, welding labels, checking presence of welded label, unloading the finished product, counting of the welded labels(process stops after reaching predetermined number).
The machine has a controller with text LCD display. Applicator analyzes unnominal situations, stops work process and shows results of the analysis on the screen.
